The treatment of the soft tissue sarcoma depends on the stage of the cancer. Soft tissues are generally the connective tissues of the body. These tissues are also called the fibrous tissues. Sarcomas of soft tissues are relatively uncommon form of cancer. The reason is that the cells of the soft tissues do not continuous divide so chances of malignancies are less. Chemotherapy is another type of treatment which is may be used along with the radiation therapy. Chemotherapy treatment can also be used before or after the surgery as needed. Chemotherapy is not very effective to prevent the spread of soft tissue sarcoma. It is an ideal treatment of soft tissue sarcoma when the tumors have spread all over the body. This therapy reduces the pain and shrinks the tumors.

My body fat / soft tissue is SORE- it HURTS to touch me all over?
I have tenderness and soreness, sensitivity to touch in all the fatty areas of my stomach, and all over my whole rib cage, my back, shoulders, arms, legs etc-- its everywhere! I dont know whats causing it and doctors cant find anything either.

This sounds like either fibromyalgia or even a thyroid problem. Some of the symptoms of thyroid problems can be pain all over the body.
I would recommend getting an opinion from both a rheumatologist (a doctor that diagnoses and treats diseases and disorders of the bones and joints and conditions like fibromyalgia) and an endocrinologist (a doctor that diagnoses and treats diseases and disorders that involve hormones such as with the thyroid) if you haven't already to see what they say.
