Troubleshooting of the solenoid valve
The first situation does not work after powering solenoid valve.
Check the power wiring is bad, re-wiring and connectors for connection. Check whether the scope of supply voltage, adjust the scope of induced normal position. Coil is loose soldering, re-welding. Coil short circuit, replace the coil. Working pressure is not appropriate, adjust pressure, or proportional valve replacement. The second solenoid valve is not closed. Moving the main spool or iron core of the seal is damaged, replace the seals. Fluid temperature, viscosity is too high, replace the corresponding solenoid valve. Impurities into the solenoid valve spool or moving core products, cleaning. Spring has come to life or deformed, replace. Throttle Kong Pingheng hole plug, and timely cleaning. Operating frequency is too high, or life has come to re-election of products or product.
There are a number of other cases. Internal leak, check the seal is damaged, the spring assembly is bad. External leakage, loose joints or seals have been broken, the screws or replace the seals. NBR has excellent oil resistance, oil solenoid valves resistance after its polysulfide rubber and fluorine rubber, and has the wear resistance and air tightness. NBR weakness is impatience ozone and aromatic, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones and esters, solvents, insulation materials do not.
