Get a teapot and put in on the stove to boil water.
Get a long plastic tube to run the steam from the neck of the teapot. Coil the long plastic tube and let cold tap water to run onto it to make the steam condense, with the end of the tube over a glass.
The steam will condense in the tube due to cold tap water and will drain into the glass, resulting in distilled water.
