Diabetic, stent in heart, high blood pressure, need to be on my meds, cant afford, no medical coverage.?
I used to get scripts from my doctor so I could send them in to the companies that manufactur my meds & get them for free. Now the doc syas I have to have lab work done. I dont have the $ for an office call & lab fees. I've aplied with the State & was turned down. I'm 58. Not a senior citizen yet & have no minors to care for. It's a deadend road for me. No meds for almost 6mos now. Not sure how luch longer I can go at this pace.
Keep in mind some pharma studies going on that need volunteers with people with diagnosed medical problems. There are often postings for them on newsgroups. I was offered a study for diabetics that would have given free blood tests, doctors visits and all drugs for 24 months. It also would have paid a small amount of salary as well.
