I don't think an adapter has been made to mount OM lenses on Nikon bodies, and in a search just now I wasn't able to find one.
Due to Nikon's relatively long register (distance from mount to film/sensor) such an adapter would require image-degrading glass elements.
However, there was or is an adapter to mount OM lenses on Canon EOS bodies. If you're interested, see this thread:
