How to Choose Eyeglasses Frame

150 hp salt water series outboard motor?
i have changed the impeller, new thermostats checked the poppet valve and the engine runs hot. there comes steam from the engine where the water exits the engine. one side the temperature is 192 and higher the other side 168 to 189.
flush it out good.
might need to actually pull it apart and clean out the deposits that have buildup and are interfering with proper coolant flow.
its always a good idea to flush boat cooling systems with the much cleaner water that comes out of a hose when done using it.
i ALWAYS flush mine before parking and covering the boat after each and every trip. 5-10 minutes, until the water exiting the prop shaft is warm (thermostat has opened) and get the nastier water out of it.
saltwater use, its even more important to flush it often. a motor meant for use in saltwater doesnt REQUIRE it everytime, but you still want to do it often as possible.
its also good to store it with the outboard fully lowered. in that position it will drain all water that is in it.
