Techniques of Using PCB Prototype

Techniques of Using PCB Prototype
PCB or printed circuit board, also recognized as printed wiring board or etched wiring board is employed to mechanically help and electrically connect electronic components.
You require to locate a very good PCB manufacturer, get the quote, place your order, post your job files, deliver your PCBs and parts and then wait peacefully for the manufacturers to deliver you the finished boards.

You can also prepare your private PCB prototypes in just a couple of minutes, using just a couple of easy actions.
Media n Peel from Techniks Inc, New Jersey supplies the PCB transfer motion picture that you could use in the creating of simple PCB prototypes.
All you will require to do is laser print circuit picture onto the dull side of PCB manufacturer's Picture Exchange Film. Cut Press-n-Peal. Bear in mind to leave a quarter inch border around the circuit picture. Cut the board into size.
Thoroughly clean the copper board completely and rinse it with water.
You may use soap.
Make sure you dry it properly and take away any burrs that remain on the edge of the board.
Now, position Press-n-Peel with impression face down on top of the thoroughly clean copper board. Up coming, iron the Media-n-Peel Movie to the board. A piece of plain paper need to be utilized between the iron and the motion picture in order to decrease friction.
The temperature set on the iron will depend on the laser printer or photocopier you use.
The temperature must be made the decision cautiously given that it is essential.

Decrease the board mixture under a cold drinking water tap. Peel the film from the board.
Now you require to get rid of the 'fills' in among traces.

In purchase to eliminate the 'fills' and 'filled donuts', use a clear packing tape to cover the imaged copper board, and then eliminate. This will remove all the not necessary filled spaces and corners off the board.

When you have removed the "fills", cut down the board to the final dimension, only if needed. Extensively rinse the board the identical way you did earlier just before etching.

This is essential to get rid of surface oxidation. Etch it with Ferric Chloride.
Ultimately scrub the Press-n-Peel graphic off to make copper traces visible utilizing steel wool.
This is carried out greatest below a tap.

It is suggested not to do this till you are ready to drill the board.
The Media-n-Peel transfer resist saves the board from oxidation.
By pursuing these basic actions, you can your very own higher high quality PC board in just minutes.

Product Engineer vs Service Engineer?

Hi, I got offers from both different company on these 2 position in Singapore. Both of them r from different field and industry as well.

Product Engineer
-A subcontractor local bread company that is doing customize machine parts (pcb board, wire harness and etc)
-Require to deal with client, taking their specs and to build into a prototype before send to production part.

Service Engineer
-A subcontractor local bread company that is doing servicing machine and equipment for wafer fab semiconductor industry
-Require to travel and doing servicing and maintenance for the client.

I am in dilemma in accepting these position as I cannot foresee the future of these industry in near future.
Eg. After I gain experience 1 or 2 years, will I able to leap into any MNC?
What is my career path of these 2 position respectively? in 2, 5, 10 years time?

Anyone mind enlighten me a little?

Both have their negative points.
Service engineers have to face the final customers and many a time find it difficult to handle the personalities.Job stability is poor.
Production engineer will be under tension to meet the targets all the 365 days.Job stability is high.
Now it is for you to choose.
